These terms are an agreement between Önder Yazılım (“we”, “us”) and the organisation that installs TrackMate for Jira (the “app”) and its users (“you”). By installing or using the app you accept these terms. Atlassian is not a party to these terms; your use of Atlassian products remains subject to Atlassian’s terms.
1) Licence
The app is provided free of charge. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app with your Atlassian Cloud products for your internal business purposes while it is installed.
2) Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the app, use it to build a competing product, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. You must use the app in line with Atlassian’s terms and applicable law.
3) Your data
You keep all rights to your Jira content and to the data the app stores for your installation. We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4) Support and changes
We provide support as described on the Support page, without a service-level commitment. We may update, change or discontinue the app. Where possible we will announce material changes in the Marketplace listing.
5) No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing the worklogs and reports the app creates before relying on them, for example for invoicing.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the app is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7) Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 5, 6 and 8 survive termination.
8) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
