What to include

Please send the version shown next to the TrackMate name in the app, the tab you were using (Calendar, Report, Statistics, Team, Settings or the issue panel), the date range, the exact error text and the steps that reproduce the problem. Remove confidential customer text from screenshots. Never send passwords, API tokens or browser cookies.

An issue or a team member’s activity is missingCheck the date range, the worklog author and whether you can see that issue and its worklogs in Jira, then refresh.
Jira asks for authorisation, or you see a permission errorAllow access when Jira asks. If it persists, ask your site administrator to check that the latest app version is installed.
“Timer is busy”Another timer is active. Open that issue, then finish or cancel its timer before starting another.
“Saving in progress — please wait for it to finish”The calendar is sending your changes to Jira. Edits are paused until saving completes.
A warning says data is incompleteRetry. If you selected a long period, narrow the date range before relying on the totals.
Times appear on an unexpected dayCheck the time zone in your Atlassian profile. Opening Settings refreshes the app’s copy of your profile.
The screen looks outdated after an updateSave any pending calendar changes, then reload the Jira page.
